Fuku Fire
Fuku Fire[note 1] is a minor NPC in Undertale. She[note 2] is located on the first floor of Hotland.
Fuku Fire is a green monster made of fire, similar in appearance to Grillby. She wears a Japanese-style school uniform, a seifuku (制服), which Skateboard Girl also wears.
Fuku Fire seems to enjoy loitering, even critiquing the protagonist's loitering abilities.
The first part of Fuku Fire's name refers to the seifuku she wears.
Fuku Fire is initially trapped by the blue laser in front of the left shooter puzzle building, standing nearby Skateboard Girl. She shows relief over the fact that the laser is disabled, though decides to continue standing in the same spot. When spoken to again, she critiques the protagonist's loitering abilities.
Due to Alphys's Lab closing up, and due to the lack of a way to travel left of Mettaton's Cooking Show kitchen, it is not possible to see this dialogue through standard gameplay, but if Mettaton is killed, Fuku Fire questions the point of "loitering around".
During the True Pacifist Route's epilogue, Fuku Fire imagines there are plenty of places to loiter on the surface.
In Deltarune, Fuku Fire is referred to as "Green Fire". Green Fire appears as an NPC in Hometown, and is friends with Flannel Demon.
