Vendors are NPCs who sell various items across the underground. There are five main vendors, with one in Snowdin Town, two in Waterfall, two in Hotland, and several minor vendors.
The main vendors present the protagonist with a shop screen and options to buy items and talk to them for additional dialogue. Excluding the Temmie Shopkeeper, vendors in the game refuse to buy items from the protagonist, despite every shop screen including that option. The only vendors present in the Genocide Route are the Spider Bake Sales, Gerson, the Temmie Shopkeeper, and Burgerpants.
