Undertale/Deltarune Wiki Terms of Service
This document, last revised on January 24, 2026, defines a contract (further referred to as "Agreement") between us, an unincorporated association "Undertale/Deltarune Wiki", and you, the user of our websites at undertale.wiki, deltarune.wiki and related subdomains (further referred to as "Sites"). By continuing to use the Sites, with or without an account, you accept this Agreement and confirm that you are of legal age or have parental consent to comply with the Agreement's terms.
We may make changes to the Sites, this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy, at any time, but will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. To contact us, please email [email protected].

Privacy
- By continuing to use the Sites, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Account
- Our Sites provide the possibility to register an account to access additional features. You may not register an account if you are under the age of 13, or under the legal age that data protection and other laws in your country mandate.
- We may terminate your account on the Sites at any time, with or without notice.
- If you make an account on the Sites, you are fully responsible for securing the credentials used to access your account, as well as for the actions that your account takes on the Sites. You are required to notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Other users on our sites may perform moderation actions on your account, including blocks (full or partial) from editing, blocks (full or partial) from communicating with other users or groups, and other kinds of suspension. You may not circumvent such actions using other accounts.
Content
- Our Sites provide content on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You may not take content on the Sites as professional (medical, legal, financial, etc.) advice.
- You are solely responsible for all content, including but not limited to any text, images, other media assets, profile information, messages, and any other content that you write, upload, submit, post or otherwise publish (further referred to as "submit") to the Sites.
- You must ensure that content you submit to the Sites is compatible with the licensing of the Sites, as defined in the footer of the respective Sites, and does not infringe on any trademarks, patents, trade secrets or proprietary rights.
- Conversely, you may not use content from our Sites in a way that does not adhere to its licensing.
- Your content may be changed or deleted from the Sites by other users at any time, and you are responsible for ensuring that you keep copies of your content.
- If you are an owner of copyright infringing content on our Sites, or a legal representative of one such copyright owner, you may contact us over [email protected] to request your content be removed.
Behavior
You may not use the Sites to:
- Engage in, or encourage, fraudulent, criminal or otherwise illegal activity under applicable law
- Impersonate, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, intimidate, or submit libel of, any person
- Solicit personal information from users under the age of 18
- Publish or distribute pornographic, obscene, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Publish or distribute malware
- Cause an, at our sole discretion, unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
- Exploit any vulnerability of our services with malicious intent, without responsibly disclosing the vulnerability, or for personal gain (see our security policy)
- Perform any sort of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, also referred to as spam
- Interfere with security-related features or legal notices of the Sites
- Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Sites, including robot exclusion headers
