Chilldrake
Chilldrake (JP: いきがりバード) is a monster encountered in Snowdin. The protagonist later finds it as an NPC throughout Snowdin, and can only encounter it in battle if Snowdrake is killed.
Chilldrake's appearance is similar to Snowdrake's, and as the latter's name implies, Chilldrake is a drake with a snowflake-like design. Its face is arranged to resemble a snowflake with feathers sticking out symmetrically in certain locations. Its "hurt" animation is identical to Snowdrake's.
Chilldrake's feathers are light green. Its beak, eyes, underbelly, and feet are all yellow. Chilldrake wears black shades, associating itself with a "chill" or "cool" fashion style.
Chilldrake's personality is the classic rebellious stereotype. Chilldrake casts anarchy wherever it goes, defies homework, refuses requests, orders, and instructions, and is willing to get into fights while supporting the idea of death during them. Chilldrake is also a contrarian, going against what is accepted for the sake of anarchy, so when the protagonist agrees with Chilldrake's contrary practices, it feels neutered and disarmed.
Chilldrake's name is based on Snowdrake's, switching the word snow for the word chill. This switch serves as a double-entendre; the word chill can mean "cold" as well as "easygoing", which describes both Chilldrake and its personality.
Chilldrake is only encountered after killing Snowdrake. For this reason, it does not appear in the True Pacifist ending credits.
Multiple Chilldrakes can be encountered as NPCs in various areas of Snowdin if the protagonist spares Papyrus and has not killed anyone in the forest. They can talk about how it and the rest of teens are living on the forest all on their own (though one still relies on the lunches its parents send to it) or about Snowdrake's situation with his family. They have new dialogues if they are talked to at the end of the True Pacifist Route.
It uses attacks that are similar to Snowdrake's.
To spare it, the protagonist has to agree with it after performing a neutral action (similar to how Snowdrake's works), which causes it to feel less like a rebel and get uncomfortable.

Chilldrake and Snowdrake are close friends, and Chilldrake cares deeply for Snowdrake's safety. If Snowdrake is killed, Chilldrake searches the forest for him, believing he had disappeared. Once Papyrus is spared, speaking to Chilldrake reveals that it and the other teens have to share their lunchbox food with Snowdrake, as he ran away from home.[2]
There was a glitch in which the encounter text when encountering Chilldrake, Ice Cap and Jerry read "Icecap and Snowdrake confront you, sighing. Jerry." This is probably due to Chilldrake being mechanically-identical to Snowdrake.
