Hand Receptionist, internally referred to as hotel_receptionist1, is a minor NPC in Undertale. They are located in the MTT Resort.
Hand Receptionist is a gray monster, with a head shaped like a hand with red nail polish. They wear a black and red suit.
Hand Receptionist speaks and acts in a rather professional manner, they only briefly don't, when they wonder what happened to Mettaton if he’s killed.
Hand Receptionist resides behind a counter in the top-left corner of MTT Resort's lobby, they explain how the elevator to the capital is not working and claims that rooms are running at a special rate. They let the protagonist stay at the hotel for 200G. If the protagonist kills Mettaton, the receptionist wonders where he is, reminiscing on Mettaton's kind behavior, and then stops as they feel it is unprofessional.[1]
Much like Diamond Receptionist, during the True Pacifist Route's epilogue, they say that the MTT Resort is not allowing any more guests ever again.
In Deltarune, Hand Receptionist appears as an NPC in Hometown.
