The Wrap Mouse[note 1] is a minor character in Undertale. They are located in Snowdin Town, next to the Red Demon.
The Wrap Mouse is a burgundy mouse with a gray knit cap and black shoes. They wear an oversized, green striped scarf that covers the bottom half of their face.
The Wrap Mouse seems to be in tune with the crises of the underground. They admit to not being good at making jokes despite noting that everyone else does so to make light of their living conditions.
When talking to the Wrap Mouse, they complain about the excessive joking and ignorance despite the general living conditions of the underground. They also say that they would join this crowd, but they are "just not very funny". After defeating Undyne, they attempt to make a joke but realize they have not thought of the punchline.
If either Papyrus or the Snowdin Canine Unit are killed, they feel like everything is getting worse.[2]
During the True Pacifist Route epilogue, they express relief at not having to worry about making jokes anymore. They then note that they were going to make a joke but do not have one.
The Wrap Mouse makes an appearance during Chapter 4 of Deltarune. They stand outside of Hometown's hospital.
