Scarf Lady
Scarf Lady[note 1] is a minor character in Undertale. She is one of the newspaper editors who resides in Snowdin Town's library, alongside Lady Garf.
Scarf Lady is a yellow, horned, rhinoceros-like monster. She wears a pink scarf around her neck along with a pink striped dress.
Scarf Lady enjoys working on the newspaper despite the lack of news. She especially enjoys illustrating the comics and games.
Scarf Lady explains that because there is no breaking news to report, the content is generally comics and games. She also admits to be working on a book if the protagonist inspects one of the shelves in the library. Once the protagonist defeats Undyne, Scarf Lady explains that she illustrates the comics herself, though she admits to adding "huge beautiful eyes and giant muscles".[2]
During the True Pacifist Route epilogue, Scarf Lady brainstorms newspaper headlines for the recent events.
Scarf Lady makes in appearance in Chapter 2 of Deltarune. She stands next to Sans's grocery store.
