Hot Dog Harpy
Hot Dog Harpy[note 1] is a minor character in Undertale. She resides on the second floor of Hotland, near Sans's hot dog stand.
Hot Dog Harpy is a blue bird-like monster resembling a harpy. She wears a pink dress and is seen floating above ground. She holds a hot dog in both hands
Hot Dog Harpy enjoys hot dogs, but she criticizes Sans's conduct to be a result of his laziness to clean up his stand.
Hot Dog Harpy expresses her love of hot dogs and comments on the fact that Sans has not cleaned the snow off of the roof of his Hot Dog stand, and deems it a result of his laziness. When Sans disappears from his stand once he appears in the Last Corridor, the Hot Dog Harpy notes his absence; she attributes laziness to the fact that Sans did not clean away all of his stuff.
During the True Pacifist Route epilogue, Hot Dog Harpy mentions how she wanted another hot dog, but she could not get one since Sans never came back. She thinks that the day was fine otherwise, and advises the protagonist to count their blessings, even if they are unable to get a second hot dog.
