During the third phase of the fight against Asriel

SAVE the World is the 89th track in the UNDERTALE Soundtrack. It plays during the final boss fight of the True Pacifist Route while saving the souls of Toriel, Asgore, Papyrus, Sans, Undyne, and Alphys. It is an alternate version of Hopes and Dreams.

Trivia

• This track plays at 0.95x speed in-game.
• The title of this track references the ability to SAVE, which is "The power to reshape the world...".
• In the 10th Anniversary Stream, Toby Fox stated that he learned the descending chord progression used in SAVE the World when he was in middle school from Cave Story's Last Battle. SAVE the World is the only track that this chord progression appears in in the UNDERTALE Soundtrack because Toby considered it to be "the ultimate chord progression".
• Similarly to Hopes and Dreams, a motif from the Homestuck song Doctor can be heard on the piano in the background of the song at approximately 1:36.
