Ruins is the 5th track in the UNDERTALE Soundtrack and the Undertale Demo OST. It plays while the protagonist traverses the Ruins.

It has a unique loop in the Undertale Demo OST.

Trivia

• There is an unused version of this track internally referred to as mus_ruinspiano.
• The OST version of this track lacks the very last note that plays before the track repeats in-game.
• This track was inspired by Secret of Mana.
