Art Club room
The Art Club room is a secret room located on the second floor of Hotland north of the crossroads that leads to the room with the Stained Apron that can be accessed by stepping on magical glass.
A secret boss, So Sorry, can be encountered here. To do so, the clock on the player's device must be set for October 10th, and either 8 AM[1] or 8 PM. If this condition is met, reading the sign causes So Sorry to run into the protagonist, initiating his encounter. Note that the sign does not mention 8 AM as a valid time.
The Nintendo Switch[2] and Xbox versions of the game remove the 8 PM requirement, allowing So Sorry to be encountered at any time of day.
If random encounters have been disabled, whether through receiving Undyne's Letter, defeating Asriel, or defeating Mettaton NEO, So Sorry cannot be fought, and the sign instead reads: "* Who knows what lies in the future for Art Club!?" This text will appear regardless of if the protagonist fought So Sorry or not, and will appear even on the Genocide Route.
This room is inaccessible by normal means on the Genocide Route due to the second floor being blocked off by a force field. If file manipulation or other means are used to get into the Art Club room, So Sorry still cannot be fought and the sign will read: "(Art club is cancelled!)"
The room consists of 3 cacti and a sign in the middle that says the next Art Club meeting is on October 10th at 8 PM. A sign can be found in the empty space at the end of the hallway in the MTT Resort advertising the room.
