I know that most random encountered enemies become NPCs after sparing the area's boss. (I don't know if they appear after killing the boss though). I know in Ruins there are no new NPCs after defeating that area's boss, but in Snowdin and Waterfall there are and they have dialogue after sparing the boss as well as in the True Pacifist route ending. For Hotland and CORE (they only appear as shadow-like figures), in my knowledge, they only appear in the True Pacifist route ending. This is mostly just to improve the wiki, but can we add the location of these NPCs and their dialogues? This info can be added in the enemy's page or to the NPC page of a location (such as the Froggits in Ruins NPC page). I will admit I might not contribute much in adding info to their pages since it has been a while since I last played Undertale, but for those who have time to contribute, that would be very much appreciated.
