The court has found this evidence to be invalid

That's orange, not red.

I believe that’s the same shade of red as the SOUL

The court has declared Galacta_22 to be colourblind

It's not the same shade of red as the SOUL, but it *is* a shade of red nonetheless.

Orange is a tertiary color, between a primary color with a secondary color. Insisting that orange is not red is the same as insisting that chartreuse is not green.

I know what you're thinking...

You're right, that's not green. But it's not blue either!

That's cyan, a secondary color on the exact same level as yellow. Calling it "blue" is just as blasphemous as calling yellow "green".

Galacta confirms this to be true

Toby never could stick with colors, this even carries over to Deltarune in the Card Castle.

orange is secondary

saying orange isn't red is like saying green isn't yellow or purple isn't blue.

that isn't cyan that's just blue

in an additive colour space, like lights, red and green and blue are all primary. yellow is secondary, its between red and green! so orange is tertiary, between red and yellow.
in a subtractive one, like printing, the primaries are yellow and cyan and magenta. red is secondary (magenta and yellow). the tertiaries are the same, orange being one of them!

You've mentioned RGB and CYMB but not RYB, which is the one I was referring to. If the person was meaning one of those two, I apologise my brain defaults to RYB.

true that is the case with ryb, but ryb is also kind of nonsense and very irrelevant here lol

Although scientifically obsolete because it does not meet the definition of a complementary color in which a neutral or black color must be mixed, it is still a model used in artistic environments, causing confusion about primary and complementary colors. It can be considered an approximation of the CMY color model.

The RYB color model relates specifically to color in the form of paint and pigment application in art and design. Other common color models include the light model (RGB) and the paint, pigment and ink CMY color model, which is much more accurate in terms of color gamut and intensity compared to the traditional RYB color model, the latter emerging in conjunction with the CMYK color model in the printing industry.

Hey! You don't know if the cup is a fish or if the cylinder is green! Maybe they identify as those things! You can't just assume people's shape and colour in this day and age!
