Well, he explicitly stated that two of the heroes are a human and a monster, which isn't said anywhere in the real prophecy since it literally omits the race of the heroes. So, he did in fact lie by adding his own details.

Yes, he admits there are things he still can’t say, but that’s not because he WANTS to withdraw. Plus the info he has been giving out isn’t exactly untrue. His summary of the Prophecy has so far been accurate, especially paired with his description of the Roaring.
While it’s true it didn’t say monster, the prophecy isn’t just word for word listed on the panels of glass.
Ralsei said himself he knows what armors Noelle can equip despite it not being seen on a panel. It likely says monster, just not on the panels.
Plus, what changes? Even if it doesn’t, Kris is the only human in Hometown, and they already play the role of the cage. That just leaves a monster to play the girl.
