We have no proof he drops his accent. He just uses more casual words. That does not equate to dropping his accent.
I, personally, am of the belief that Rouxls’ dumb accent is not put on, and is just natural.
However that does not matter. What matters is that we do not have a singular instance where his accent drops, rather multiple instances of his composure dropping.

UT/DR are sister games, NOT sequels of prequels. If UT Sans came from DR, then this makes DR a prequel and UT a sequel, invalidating Toby Fox himself!
It's an indirect prequel, so still works
