Also shopkeeper Temmie knows about loading because they lower the price of Temmie armor each time you die. Also, does Asgore know about timelines because he nods when you tell him he killed you, or is he just not paying attention?
I think Asgore just knows that Loading is a thing. He's not aware of when Resets happen, and he may not know anything about alternate timelines/dimensions, but he knows that Loading exists, so he just isn't surprised that Frisk remembers him killing them.

For Asgore, I think he's just nodding as in like "uh huh, sure" + sorrow for he's about to do
"Asgore nods sadly."
He doesn't nod skeptically and then act sad, the sadness is a part of the nod.
