You got Spamton pretty right, but his quirks are intentionally kind of inconsistent
The numbers thing is rare, sometimes he leaves out words, sometimes he spells things wrong, sometimes he repeats things over and over
The only completely consistent part is the bracket quotes and the all caps
Also, when Spamton is being lucid (?) he talks completely normally, which is worth noting
As for Ramb, I don’t really remember him using apostrophes, and I wouldn’t say his personality counts as a quirk
He says “luv” a lot which can get into quirk territory but it’s also confusing because we only see him talk to one person and he has an established relationship there
Also, I don’t get what’s with the weird capitalization in your example
Gaster also uses all caps and uses line breaks way too much
I don’t think the line breaks thing really has a certain formula to it, generally it’s just sort of different sections of his sentences, but he also kinda uses it for emphasis
