The point is your mayhaps ole enough to be SCARED
I mean, you'd think, but the Titan best fits in as Rook
Maybe Ch5 has Alvin ruling a dark world for some reason?
Or maybe Asgore's the final boss and he turns to religion to escape from the depression of his wife leaving him for a short skeleton

Yoo thanks I just typed that up
I should paste that into a doc
Gogeta blue
ok
counterpoint
literally why
just why would toby make all the bosses chess pieces
when they're already something else
just
huh
no
this has always stumped me about chess theory
literally just why
This old era when we thought everything shared between the first two chapters would be a pattern is so goofy
This theory was
"Every chapter has a secret boss and main boss character and the main bosses are all similar to King and Queen and the main bosses all know the secret bosses and the previous secret boss always tells you about the next main boss"
We really just wanted the same chapter repeating
Some things I thought while reading this topic at nearly 11 pm
Firstly cool idea: after 7 chapters you go back (insert go back arc words theory here) and do something which gets the true ending
Secondly
Sans probably I hope maybe isnβt just going up to Toriel-he might befriend asgore too in a process to get the family back together
I just feel like that would be a nice thing you know
Instead of like
Hating on an already mediocre shortie
Sans polycule??
@sansbot fortune
My sources say no
I don't think he wants to share chat
Well I'm not saying they're literal chess pieces, I just think they may be supposed to represent chess pieces... in some way.
I'll admit the biggest hole in it is that I have no idea who the chapter 5 boss could be and how they could be Bishop, but the rest of it is pretty sound if you look past personal gripes with Chess Theory
Wait so you still believe Chess Theory??
No I just thought up a way for it to still work
but why would they represent chess pieces
also, ch5's boss is clearly asgore, as evident by the prophecy panels.
very much a king
