If — given the chance that the Chapter 3&4 bosses are applicable — we can use chess theory to determine the next bosses, then can we determine a relationship between the bosses? For example, Jevil in Chapter 1 gives us a hint as to who the next boss could be, saying something about a queen returning. In Chapter 2, the boss is Queen, and if you recruited all of the darkners in the Cyber World, a special cutscene plays, hinting at a past relationship between King and Queen. Spamton, unlike Jevil, reveals who the Secret Boss for Chapter 3 is, referencing someone named "Mike", and then strangely cutting out, saying Mike's name again, implying that the two were close once. This is further elaborated on in the Spamton Sweepstakes, where Spamton mentions someone else — Tenna. Spamton says that Tenna hurt Mike, and judging from the fact that King and Queen are cruel, and that Jevil just wanted to be a good jester, and that Spamton was just trying to survive, we can tell that Tenna will likely be the boss for Chapter 3. Now, this is not a chess name. So, in order to continue chess theory, Tenna will need to look like a chess piece or act like one. However, this is interesting. King and Queen clearly know each other from past experiences, King would know about Jevil since he was the court jester, Queen would know about Spamton because he lived in Queen's basement apartment, and Jevil and Spamton seemingly knew each other based on Spamton's comment about a clown. So, it seems that all the bosses know each other, all the Secret bosses know each other, and all the bosses know their Chapter's secret boss.
Just a thought, though. The conclusion is, it seems that we will be getting hints about characters in future chapters throughout the game, given from the secret bosses. Also, what do you all think the Shadow Crystals will do? I saw a theory about how there is an unused song called w.ogg in Chapter 1 and an unused song in Chapter 2 called d.ogg, and that this may go to g.ogg, a.ogg, s.ogg, t.ogg, e.ogg, and r.ogg, spelling out wdgaster. However, this is eight letters for seven chapters, so the theory is that a reset back to the beginning would beat the game. My theory is that the Shadow Crystals will let us advance instead of resetting. Thoughts?
So, the reason I'm posting an old theory here is because I think something is still applicable. I think that, yes, the secret bosses will continue to give us hints as to who the main bosses for each chapter will be. Jevil hinted at Queen, Spamton hinted at Tenna, and Gerson has hinted at Asgore being the main boss for Chapter 5.
...thoughts?

Something else I said back then:
Speedrun getting the lore:
Step one: get cancer
Step two: the Make-A-Wish foundation comes
Step three: ask for Toby Fox
Step four: ask him for the lore
Step five: make a full recovery and become a lorekeeper
Morbid, I know, but it might work.

Everyone knows Mario is cool as f--k. But who knows what he's thinking? Who knows why he crushes turtles? And why do we think about him as fondly as we think of the mystical (nonexistent?) Dr Pepper? Perchance.
I believe it was Kant who said "Experience without theory is blind, but theory without experience is mere intellectual play." Mario exhibits experience by crushing turts all day, but he exhibits theory by stating "Lets-a go!" Keep it up, baby!
When Mario leaves his place of safety to stomp a turty, he knows that he may Die. And yet, for a man who can purchase lives with money, a life becomes a mere store of value. A tax that can be paid for, much as a rich man feels any law with a fine is a price. We think of Mario as a hero, but he is simply a one percenter of a more privileged variety. The lifekind. Perchance.

You can't just say perchance
Anyways since it's related I'll dump my thingie on why Chess Theory technically isn't dead now
So the original Chess Theory thought that every boss was gonna be name/themed after a chess piece, continuing from King and Queen, but Tenna isn't a rook or a bishop or a knight. So Chess Theory is dead now, right? THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE THINKS! I have devised a way for Chess Theory to live on, and it holds up quite well as far as I've seen.
Basically, I think that instead of going King, Queen, Bishop, Rook, Knight, Pawn (or however OG Chess Theory went) it goes King, Queen, Knight, Rook, and then Bishop and Pawn take up the next two chapters, leaving chapter 7 open for the final bossfight with the Knight or whatever.
My reasoning is that Tenna isn't the final bossfight of chapter 3, it's the Knight. And what chess piece would the Knight be? I think that's obvious. As for chapter 4, I think the Titan is supposed to be the Rook. "What do the Titan and a Rook have in common?" you ask? Well, think about how the Titan spawns in. You have to climb your way up it while it hatches, while the song Crumbling Tower plays. And what is a Rook in chess? A BIG 'OL TOWER. I think you can see where I'm going with this.
As for how it applies to future chapters, I have that answered too. In chapter 5, we'll likely get someone/thing Bishop-like as the final boss. But what does that leave? Only 1 thing... the pawn. Now who could be the pawn, I wonder... could it perhaps be the Cage with Human Soul and Parts? Yeah that's right, I think Kris may be the main antagonist of chapter 6. Maybe not the final boss, necissarily, but almost definitely the main antagonist. In short, I think Kris may be revealed to work with the Knight and they betray the Fun Gang. Then, in chapter 7, we have the final fight against the Knight.

I'm too young for one of those I think
I think you can get a job at 14.
I would think that chapter 4 is the bishop one because it’s focused very heavily around church stuff

Will I now speak like Dr. Toadley for a while?
Yes.
Will I elaborate further?
