Frisk cannot count to 10.
During the Asgore fight, Frisk counts up to 9 deaths, but on the 10th one Asgore has “killed you too many times to count”
That just shows how young they are

Somebody made a in-depth analysis of Frisk's behavior, other's reactions to it, etc etc, and determined Frisk is 11,5yrs old, so not that far from 15 ig

They can't count to 10, Frisk says they can't count it after the 9th death.
Well, we never see Chara count so we don’t know about them. but frisk has to be at least 5.
