I like the concept that the Knight is a titan that takes after Dess in some ways (like the bat or the horns) because of the will of the person that summoned them (maybe carol) imprinting their memories of dess on the titan
There was no time for Kris to open a Dark Fountain in Chapter 4 while they were in Noelle's house, plus at the end of Chapter 5 the Knight is pretty much show to open its own Dark Fountain . It's true there's a plausibility Chapter 1 and 2's fountains could've been opened by Kris, but it feels unlikely.
I think personally that the chapter 1 and 2 fountains were made by the Knight, 3 is obviously made by Kris, I don't know about 4, and I know it's basically implied Kris made the chapter 5 dark fountain, which is weird to me because the whole place seems very much like a dark world asgore made
