A case for Weird Route Noelle: According to her title, the wearer of the Thorn Ring receives pain to become stonger, so I think it'd be safe to assume that the level of pain correlates to strength. Judging by that cutscene from Chapter 4, the thorn was shoved pretty deep into her finger, which'd imply that she's significantly stronger than in Chapter 2.
She's still weaker than Rouxls Kaard, though, because you need to open the MAGIC menu to use SnowGrave.
Also a case for Kris: They carry a real knife in their pocket and have superhuman precision when not controlled by the player.

Even with the knight out-damaging everything seen up to this point, the player is still the most powerful because we technically have full control through the file structure, can time travel theoretically infinitely and (stretching the fourth wall beyond logic and reason) there's as many players as there are people on earth. And yet, I’m still going to hand it to the doctor/friend/screw it, ERAM. We don't know the full potential of the knight, and we DON’T know the potential of many of those guys. This entire franchise is a power scaling nightmare. Good work, Toby!
