I think a case can be made for weird route Noelle, as Snowgrave IS canonically fatal, judging from what it says in the description of the spell.
A case can be made for her, yes. (My prior post was in an earlier iteration of the poll that only counted bosses. Now the Knight, Titan, Noelle, the Player, and maybe Kris are potential candidates.)
Gerson might actually have a decent case because he can dodge attacks during fights and nobody knows how much damage he can actually do since he goes easy on Susie.
Difficulty diesnt equal difficulty. Plus, Eram is a video game character within a video game. Not sure how much that says about their power.
I do think that as time goes on, Susie will take the crown.

Well, for me this kind of brings up an interesting question. What would "Titan" mean as a character. Like yeah. Titan is a character. But for this discussion in particular, what do we mean by that? The Titan as seen in Chp 4? Every single Titan? Potential Titans that could exist? Just the concept of Titans alone? As far as I'm aware, the titan we saw in Chp 4 was kind of... a newborn? How powerful would a fully realized Titan be? I suppose for now we can only wonder...
Originally it said "Which Deltarune Boss..." before Wolf decided to expand it into other characters. So it is the Titan we fight in Chapter 4.

That's why beating Jevil took me like like 3 weeks. Spamton's attacks are scripted and especially if you played Weirdo Route before you can easily recognize the patterns and avoid them, to beat Spamton it took me much less, less than an hour even
Shadow Mantle holder is quite hard but tbh by far the easiest of the secret bosses. If you don't straight up run into the bullets and take your time you can win pretty easily
Jevil's attacks are scripted as well. The only time they get randomized is the exact same as Spamton's: once he uses all the attacks (in a phase for Jevil, and in general).
Rouxls Kaard is the strongest character. Without interference, he can take away the enemy’s ability to do anything but ACT, leaving them unable to damage him.
