Where's the location option

How the freak do I set my location on my profile?
I've seen Jack with his location set (albeit as a joke), and I don't see it in my Preferences.

Seems like it was removed for a similar reason to the birthdays section

No, I've literally never seen it there. In a year and a month of being here I've never seen the option. So I'm wondering how Jack got it.
