It's most likely the Holiday Manor, but unlike chapter 4 where we got a concrete evidence for Flower King, this time there's genuinely nothing. The only evidence I can think of is that the manor is huge and has lots of decorations and stuff, while something like the Hospital is literally four almost identical rooms and that's all. Plus it would make sense plot-wise for the manor to be the next dark world, since you know, Dess and stuff.
I agree with the holiday manor but who would open the fountain?
Would Noelle do so, curious about the dark worlds after learning about them so she follows what Queen said to?
Would Kris do so because something, something, betrayal, something?

I think it's most likely Noelle. Not only would she want to save her dying father, maybe she'd be smart enough to take a shot at trying to find info about her sister through the dark world itself like Asgore tried to do in chapter 5 about his research.
What about the Castle Town dark fountain?

the payoff would be better in chapter 7 then in chapter 6 (in my opinion)
