In older posts before Chapter 3 and 4 were released these words were flung around everywhere in theory posts.
Since I didn't really focus on theories untill AFTER those chapters,I don't know what they are
I think they were jokes.
"Friend Inside Me" originally came from a tumblr post Toby made (https://fwugradiation.tumblr.com/post/187904005186/friend-inside-me). As for the rest of it... mostly collectively hallucinating relationships between irrelevant things.
A while ago, Toby Fox made a joke edit of "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story commonly known as "Friend Inside Me," because at his core, he is a very silly person. There was also some mention about a cowboy show that Asgore used to watch, and with Chapter 3's apparent focus on television and the newsletter mentioning a cowboy section that was "in danger of being cancelled," it was speculated that the cowboy show would be relevant to Chapter 3's plot, some suspecting that the chapter's Shadow Crystal Boss would be a reference to "Friend Inside Me."
The fans were some what right. There was indeed a Cowboy secret boss, but it wasn’t in Chapter 3. It was in the following chapter. That cowboy was Cowboy Hat Mike, though its almost confirmed to only be there to prod at the fans who believed in the theory.
Yeah, Mike was just there to both confirm and prove wrong all the theories about him
