I still like Undertale's OST the best. Deltarune has a great OST, but there's this sort of charm to Undertale's that I really enjoy.

I Feel Like If were going on music alone then easy DR Chapter 3 + 4
However, If Were Going of story as well then UTY Yellow Solos.
