Liking/ reacting with emojis got replaced with upvote/downvote and replying to a reply got replaced with commenting under the specific reply. And also all replies are now considered answers???

Not new, just found out by palladium recently. Im pretty sure i made a topic on it, but its just not very useful.
did you actually think that was a system change
The Q&A post format is an optional feature you can enable when creating the post. I announced that in the August changelog, I guess people are just rediscovering it now.
