Deltarune Chapter 5 confirmed that this SOUL mode/trait/colour is Aqua, not Light Blue/Cyan.
Undertale itself explicitly states that the soul colour is Light Blue, not Aqua

Aqua is the name of the flower. This does not change the color of the soul. In Undertale, it’s still light blue, and will be unless Toby states that it is officially aqua now.

i say change it on the deltarune wiki, but NOT on the undertale wiki. they are both their own realites, with their own traits.
