genuinely, ever since chapters 3&4, this page has been horribly organized and needs to be fixed up imo
theres missing info and with chapter 5 out, now it's its own section for some reason

Unfortunately I haven't been able to prioritize repairing this article. Even Jacky had mentioned that due to the patch notes style, it's in more disarray because of this, especially with the split differences between PC and console versions...

yeah, i was gonna revamp it myself, but the chapters having different version numbers (minus chapter 5) and that first console patch being console only...

Yeah, the fact that Toby decided to organize versions so weirdly definitely doesn't help. Maybe it makes more sense to organize versions by chapter first rather than by release/platform first.

I was gonna do that but the problem is the chapter versions aren’t the same across pc and consoles (Except chapter 5)

I made a complete draft redesign of the page based on ordering updates chronologically at the top level, instead of by platform or by chapter, at https://deltarune.wiki/w/User:Cod10129/Version_differences.

After first sharing it in Discord, it was suggested to order it by Chapter at the top level instead. I personally don't like this ordering because it splits up updates that happened at the same time, which is also hard to reconcile with the "All/Various/Multiple Chapters" updates from versions 1.02 through 1.05,[1] and the fact that the 1&2 Demo uses the same codebase for both Chapters, so it's very difficult to tell which changes even affect which Chapters. I partially made a draft of a Chapter-first organization anyway at https://deltarune.wiki/w/User:Cod10129/Version_differences/By_chapter, so we can see what it looks like and compare it with the chronological organization.
