I've noticed something that happens in every chapter minus chapter 2 (to my knowledge): Susie has at least one scripted miss.
In Chapter One, if you don't want Susie to thrash all the enemies you want to spare, you have to warn them of her attacks, and she's guaranteed to always miss. When she's about to kill Lancer in the Card Castle, she misses the final killing blow.
In Chapter 2, unless you count Susie attempting to start a battle with Queen at the beginning, she never misses.
In Chapter 3, before the Tenna fight, she misses Tenna twice.
In Chapter 4, the entire Hammer of Justice bonus boss is just her missing her attacks until the end. Heck, she misses 6 times before the fight even begins. During the Sound of Justice fight, when she attacks in frustration, she misses. And before the Knight summons a Titan, she misses Rude Buster 3 SEPARATE TIMES!
What these could mean? I have some ideas,
One, everyone is saying that we might vs. Susie Reprise, with us facing Susie as the final boss of the Weird Route, or just her getting angry if she ever finds out Kris is working for the Knight. If we do ever get that fight, I predict Susie is going to dodge every. single. darn attack we throw at her.
Two, at the end of the game, Susie is going to miss, but not like previously. This miss, is going to be so groundbreaking to the plot - for better or worse - and it flips everything on it's side.
Three, maybe the misses are simply a reflection of how Susie feels that she isn't good enough, like how she questions how they're going to protect everyone if the Knight keeps getting away.
Anyways, this is what I think. What about yall?
