Any idea what these little guys are called? I can't find them in the Dark Sanctuary NPCs article.
Their assets are called spr_climb_chaseenemy, but they don’t really have an official name
I think thay're a less-developed form of Titan Spawn though, as they appear during the Titan's swarm and snake attacks, and give courage like other spawn.
IDK I call them eyes cuz they kinda look like that

Indeed, the bullets during the snake attack look the same. The wiki calls them "centipedes" though, not sure why.
When I saw those I just thought, “Oh, it’s the little mini titan things” lol

It's safe to assume they're some sort of Titan Spawn.

It seems the bullet version of this enemy is called spr_darkshape_directed. Unfortunately, that doesn't clear things up because all other Titan's bullets are also prefixed with spr_darkshape_.
