maybe a combo of both

Seam is They The M, remember.
my headcanon is that seam is gender nihil
they might have preferred pronouns or something but they don't care enough to correct people
I mean Seam does mainly use nameless, pronounless comments I just like correcting since people forgot that speech quirk about seam, hence the correction, otherwise I would’ve just rephrased it.
Seems like a pretty likely headcanon, it does line up with their world view
If they don't care about whether or not the world ends I doubt they care about pronouns
plua...
And is referred more by age than by pronouns.
I’m probably going to rephrase this stuff according to the actual speech about seam.(Because seam does have significant power about such that even outside the game works on such)
Holy shoo thanks.
The pronoun police's services are always appreciated :) /gen
Thanks, also there’s the fact that I’m completely willing to do rephrasing of sentences for seam style. For example in game “There Was no Interest” was for “They weren’t Interested” when it comes to seam. As long as you remember that pronouns are only used when otherwise it is impossible it’ll probably work.
While their Japanese dialogue includes as many honorifics for old people as possible, regardless of gender association. Ironically The Old Man Gerson boom does not do that, meaning Seam, who was most likely a Plush In Gerson’s Classroom developed the pattern of mentioning how old they are completely separately from Gerson.
For your Sentence it would become
“ You were told you could get one, and the implication is one could be sold, and the one who told you such originates from Chapter 1, implying the item was procured of Card Castle and the Classroom Dark World.”
I’m not doing seam’s Japanese speech quirk that’s not a language I really know much about I just think it’s funny that Seam talks about being old more than Gerson does, but it’s Gerson that gets the memes about being old.
