Basically, one of the humans who fell down was an adult. In the army. With weapons.
And almost the entire Underground was demolished by them, until they took Asgore’s SOUL and left. Toriel then returned to New Home, or what was left of it, and tried to rebuild the monsters’ fallen kingdom. But the thousands of deaths had built up into a VOID…
NEOtale
Hotland shares its technology with the rest of the Underground. Within a few short years, the entire Underground is a sci-fi metropolis. Mettaton, the source of much of the monsters’ entertainment, is one of the most influential and wealthiest beings in the Underground. Alyphs, using the new outbursts of technology, figures out a way to increase the SOUL power of any monster, turning them into a boss monster. Many monsters do this, and after Frisk falls into the Underground, they are easily destroyed. But Mettaton claims their SOUL for himself, and proceeds to challenge Asgore, leading to New Home being destroyed in the cumilation of SOUL power. With the human SOULs all gone, Mettaton uses his media influence to paint a picture of himself as the hero, and becomes the unofficial ruler of the Underground. Then, another human child falls down, the player.

When the KNIGHT battles the party for the first time, they use their full power and destroy all of them, claiming their SOULs and leaving the Dark world, and creates many dark fountains. With the Prophecy shattered, they proceed to summon the Angel’s heaven, however Berdly, Asriel (back from college) and Noelle survive the Roaring and resist the Heaven. An unknown person (Dess, freed at last) shatters themself across time and space and sets the world in an uneasy limbo, with the Heaven looming over the Light world, constantly unstable. Berdly, Asriel and Noelle must now try and stop the Angel from consuming all of the Light world. (Almost all Darkners are deceased.)

Asgore, at some unknown point, enters the dark world and obtains an object that allows him to write in a single verse of the Prophecy. He uses it to construct the THRONE, upon which the ruler of the world will sit. People find out about this, and the Party’s recruits mostly leave to claim the THRONE for themselves. The KNIGHT, still trying to unleash the Angel’s Heaven, manipulates the Party into trying to obtain the THRONE themselves, leaving the KNIGHT free to do their work without interference. Asgore at some point is slain by someone trying to take the THRONE for themselves, and his spirit becomes the THRONE’s formidable gaurdian.

After Frisk does pacifist route, the Player tries to do a True Reset. However, Frisk is somehow aware of this, and resists. This leads to a splinter in reality, and an entity from another world approaches the Underground.

DELTATALE
After the Player (in both UT/DR) beats the game, they try to restart, but their gathered SOUL power causes the two worlds to merge, although they don’t combine perfectly. Multiple timelines splinter from this, leading to many multiple individual AUs/ATs within DT.

In an alternate timeline where the player loses to Spamton NEO, he becomes a true [BIG SHOT] and proceeds to conquer the Cyber World, then Card Kingdom, then TV world, and even the Sanctuaries. As he expands his empire, his raw power also increases, until he rivals the KNIGHT. The KNIGHT, seeing this, makes a deal with Spamton NEO. If Spamton NEO can create enough dark fountains to cause the Roaring, the KNIGHT will allow Spamton NEO to exist in the Light world, where he can reign over all he sees.
The two succeed, and the Angel’s Heaven takes place, and Spamton NEO rules the Light world. However, the Player, not fully erased, returns, this time incarnated as a Vessel from the Shelter. The Player, seeing the chaos and destruction, goes to set things right.
All the Darkners are destroyed, and all the Lightners are stone, barely alive, slaves, or hiding. Pipis make up essentially the entire population.
One Pipis, Samm, opposes Spamton NEO, and joins the Vessel.
Sans, upon meeting the Player and Samm, is inspired, and crawls out of hiding to join.
The Player’s Vessel (Which may house an unfortunate secret…), Samm and Sans now form a party and try to stop Spamton NEO, the KNIGHT and the Angel.
