On Page 213 of the Legends of Localisation book for Undertale, we see Toby Fox's notes on the scene, and he makes it very clear that it is meant to be ambiguous, not a straight "I would have killed you" scene. I have no clue how this speculation has lasted on the page for so long.
Now we need to decide how to rephrase; MTT Resort line is still notable, but it can't be stated the way it is now.

Keep in mind that not everyone has the time to look at all external content, or can remember every minute detail from external content such as newsletters. In this context, I didn't get around to reading the Legends of Localization book.
On a semi-different note: could you make your titles shorter? I'm not sure why you're cramming so much when some of it belongs in the main body of your response, I had to look at where that cited line was from the article.
