Should we refer to Cat Mike as Pluey since this is confirmed to be his preferred name?

If we aren’t going to refer to him as Pluey, then at the very least we should make a note about him wanting to be called that on the page.

We could probably make a note on the page, but we shouldn’t call him Pluey when we don’t refer to Small Mike and Cowboy Mike as Battat and Jongler respectively. Also, since the minigames are different on the Nintendo Switch 2, that scene might be changed accordingly.

the page has a note in the infobox now, but i am also hesitant to call him pluey throughout when the other two mikes are called "[thing] Mike"

We can revisit this after Chapter 5 comes out. Maybe on the Switch he actually wants himself referred to as Main Performance.
