Tenna was rebuilt by Susie in the early months of the Roaring. Susie only managed to rebuild his head and get it to work. often Tenna asks where Kris is and Susie responds with a lie but shortly after Tenna would forget due to having short term memory now, which is a side effect of being rebuilt. due to only having his head repaired he cant move and is on a table in Susie's room. he still has trauma from when the Roaring Knight Killed him. Tenna is unaware of what is happening in the outside world.
for tenna's design should his normal face be on the TV or the face we see at the end of chapter 2

Don’t you mean the end of chapter 3? I don’t think he had a face in chapter 2
he did. when Kris opens the fountain at the end of CH2 the TV makes this face
But that doesn’t make sense because he’s happy like I believe it should look slashed and fuzzy with a frown

Well technically it would make sense to have his normal face with a few changes because it’s the roaring and dark and light would be a chaotic mix so wouldn’t Tenna be in their darkened form

The roaring is what will occur if light and dark are imbalanced so this implies that all the characters will be in their dark world form
