okay so if you don't know what The shadow crystals are the shadow crystals are something that you obtain at the end of every secret boss battle,
So I noticed when you choose to look at the shadow crystals in both the light and the dark world you can get different dialogue depending on where you are, most of the time the dialogue says something about how you can see your friends and or someone else, but at some point when you look through it, it says you saw straight through your hand, now throughout the game it has been hinted that something happens to Kris's hand; a lot of theories say that Kris loses their hand or its badly damaged, so if the shadow crystal says the same thing i think the shadow crystals have a certain power to them,
i think that they might be like mirrors or "portals" ig that can see wherever darkness is as well, and by that I mean wherever, WHEN-ever. so into the future or the past, wherever darkness has been or will be. something like that, idk.
