I think you generally get this dialogue in Chapter 3, but it is weird that it's in the text dump for 2.

It's honestly extremely likely based on the 'great wilderness' dialogue and the fact it sounds like Queen being played with in the living room happened before any of the really bad stuff/the divorce happened that basically every single flower knows Queen. Or at least, Queen knows them, even if they never actually talked.
Flower sapience gets fucking scary with the Dark World history backwriting and their dual natures as light world beings, so if you think too hard about it it ends badly.
