In Cutie Mew Mew Magic, at 0:38 to 0:41, thats the same motif as It's Pronounced "Rules" at roughly 0:55 to 0:59. Its not already a motif on the leitmotifs list so I can't just add it to the leitmotifs section but. does anyone else hear this???????

This is actually just a really common musical idea that's often used for a cool effect
See the jaws theme, or we are number one (which IPR directly harkens back to), or just a lot of other things.
