I saw a YouTube comment that brought up the idea of Megalovania playing during a battle with Rouxls Kaard, so now I’ve been thinking of him as the final boss of the weird route so I drew this art of what that could look like

I like to think now that if this theory is true, we will hear this at the end of weird route

Actually Rouxles Kaard would think of you as an evil ruler and therefore help you in the Weird Route, only fighting you on Pacifist

Evidence:

You can't fight Rouxles Kaard on Weird Route during Chapter 2.

He is going to fight you regardless in Chapter 3, but there's no way to continue the Weird Route in that chapter.

Rouxles Kaard doesn't appear during Chapter 4 Dark World. (And there is a way to continue Weird Route on that chapter…)
