Yo guys so ive been wondering what is the best roblox game retelling of undertale like purely just undertale butu in robolox not another story but a roblox game where i can experience th eactual story of undertale since i need to pay for undertale (no comments on why).

There wouldn’t be one, as that would be copyright infringement and Roblox would immediately shut it down. They can make a game like it, but not copy it, kind of like with fan games

But I recommend these games if you crave Undertale:
Undertale Obby: This is an obby which is, just Undertale but in an obby format.
Delta Worlds: its a game BASED off Deltarune but it's different enough, its still an RPG.
ROLEPLAY_PROGRAM/Chechos Deltarune RP:
They are RPs, but the former uses 3D models, and only supports Undertale characters (and doesnt even have all the main characters), and the latter is a Deltarune RP with options to be Undertale versions.
It relies on pixel art used in Undertale and Deltarune, but has more maps than Roleplay Program, which has a grand total of 1 map.
The problem is both RP games are cluttered with people who probably haven't played Undertale/Deltarune, and as such its hard to have a clean, Undertale/Deltarune RP.
