Currently the wiki states that Ralsei has "what looks like pink eyeshadow" and detailled eyelashes
However, in the same scene where we see them without glasses, they put their head underwater, and come back with none of that eyeshadow. The eyelashes are also way less detailled. You can even see the pink dripping down their upper cheeks in the second sprite.
I believe this description should be altered to state that Ralsei wears pink eyeshadow, and probably some kind of mascara, that washes off in the Onsen.
This makeup has the same color as the pixels near the tuft on top of Ralsei's head, which may mean that this is a color used to show the difference in depth instead of artificial makeup. If so, the difference between those sprites can be due to the difference in facial expressions.
Given the fact that Ralsei's glasses hide this makeup-adjacent pixels, and that Ralsei's facial sprites with glasses, despite the supposed makeup removal, do not change after that scene at all, I believe that the wiki should not make assumptions based on ambiguous spritework.
