ok, so in chapter one at the beginning there is a sign that says this:

A lot of Deltarune characters have their eyes obscured, specifically the boss of each chapter

Tenna doesn’t have visible eyes

King’s eyes are obscured

Same with queen’s

And the titan doesn’t have any eyes

Gerson has one eye closed

Even when he’s in his hammer of justice form

Spamton’s wearing glasses

Jevil’s got moreso eyeholes rather than actual eyes

In chapter 1 Susie’s eyes were hidden, we only saw her eyes from chapter 2 on

And Kris’s eyes are always obscured, except for sometimes when we don’t have control over them.

I’m not sure what to make of all this but it feels important somehow

Also I forgot to mention the knight doesn’t have visible eyes in most of their sprites either

On the start, Ralsei’s entire body is obscured by a hood(very similar to the one that River Person uses)

I don't think copying works, but if you hit save picture it's stored in your PC files until you delete it, and can be dragged into the place you type a reply or whatever to put it in there.

The rulers having no eyes could maybe have meaning but really this is all just a stretch that keeps going further

It says eyes blinded by darkness anyways not eyes that other people can’t see

Spamton isn’t blinded by darkness because he wears glasses

It’s likely a figure of speech or something, but I think this theory is likely (at least somewhat) true.
