Fanmade for earthbound is not the same as fanmade for undertale. It’s a song completely unrelated to undertale. it is not an undertale fan creation, as previously implied.
It wasn’t implied to be fanmade for Undertale, it was implied to just be fanmade in general
in the undertale disccusion category
on the forums of the ut/dr wikis.
