Part of me hopes that P-3 will be at least a little easier than P-2. If my skills can't handle base Fraud without difficulty, P-3 may be the first or second time I have to play a Prime Sanctum more than just 1 time. (I say or second because I forgor if I beat P-1 in one load-in.)
Well, if they follow their pattern of Greek kings, then probably Odysseus, but given how there have been multiple Hell books that mention Lucifer by name and only one that mentions Odysseus by name, it'll probably be Lucifer.
However, I bet you can make an "Always bet on Odysseus P-3" joke now.
As for 8-S, we can probably take a guess. If we have a look at the secret levels there already are and eliminate some possibilities.
There's already been horror[1], puzzle[2], visual novel[3], platformer[4], fishing[5] and cleaning[6] done. So what could 8-S be...?
Well, seeing as the others were all somewhat related to the layers they were found in, we should think of what genres of video game are related to Fraud. But what could be?

I suck at Sisyphus but I have Minos's patterns memorized. If you put me directly in a fight with both of them (not at the same time) at 100 health and all weapons, I'd beat Minos but die to Sisyphus. Well, most likely.
I have Sisyphus memorized and a little knowledge of Minos. See, Minos has like... Two parries, while a majority of Sisyphus's attacks have parries. Plus, you can use the whiplash on him easier than Minos which I am a whiplash spammer
