Sawtrap, or freeze all the rockets (you freeze theirs too)
Or hit them with magnets so their own rockets kill them
if you get close they try to punch you and if you dash away they'll slip and fall over and you can parry them
Or make them miss their melee so they slip and can be parried
i usually just use sawtraps and jackhammers
