  1. FRIENDs are confirmed to be cats. This was obvious by this point, but it's good to know.
  2. There are many FRIENDs. Enough for the group to be described as a "whole hunting pack".
  3. Pink's body once met someone with that prior mentioned pack. There's a 50% chance that person is the Shadow Mantle Holder or an equivalent to them, since Shadow Mantle Holder summons FRIENDs in its boss fight.
  4. FRIENDs are obsessed with protein specifically for some reason, and will chase anyone with protein as long as they stay entertained.
  5. Pink's body knows a weirdly large amount about them. She's probably a lot more important than she's letting on. (She's an ex-Gaster agent lmao.) Add that onto the list of parallels between Pink and Kris.
  6. The chapter 5 FRIEND object is called a testtarget, and Pink's body uses the word "target" specifically. Does this mean anything? Maybe.
  7. The Egg is the type of "protein" that triggers the dialogue. Considering the overall strangeness of the Eggs (the one in chapter 5 is referred to as an "Egg", quotation marks included, yet further implying they are not really eggs), it is quite possible that the FRIENDs are not really looking for protein, but protein is instead a code word used to avoid drawing suspicion from them. The Voice does classify them as "issues", after all.

Issues can mean multiple things
A: Voice thinks that they will mess up the plan
B: Voice thinks that they will mess up them
C: issue is seen in a legal sense, (an issue legally is a thing that you care of, pets; children) and it means nothing
D: they really are eggs, and they’re seen as “issues” because they can hatch.
