So, i stopped to think about How Sans 
explains EXP and LOVE in-game. He says that LOVE is the power to distance yourself(and consequently, have more murder intents, which is what really kills Monsters). But, if Frisk remembers your Genocides(unlike Sans) then wouldn't they have the same mentality? That means they would have the same EXP and LOVE, but Sans would judge them differently based on what they did on that timeline
