But, shouldn’t “Noelle’s House” be renamed to “Holiday’s House”, since it’s Noelle’s Family that lives here.

It’s the most official name we have, unfortunately. If we were to name it something else, we’d have to decide on what to name it. Holiday House? Holiday Mansion? Holiday Manor?
I like this one, makes me think of Luigi's Mansion
